BRUNSWICK ISLANDS
Brunswick County hosts the barrier islands of Bald Head, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle, and Sunset Beach along North Carolina's southernmost shoreline. The laid-back vibe, incredible seafood, beautiful beaches, and lovely people bring families back year after year for generations. Many of my clients in their late 40's into their 60's tell stories of their family vacations when they were kids, and even though so much has changed, how the Brunswick Islands are still as welcoming as ever.

Ready to start exploring real estate in and around Brunswick Beaches? Let's go!
Of all the Brunswick County Beaches, Oak Island has my heart. It just feels like you're coming home as you cross the Intracoastal Waterway onto the island. It's that small beach town escape that you've dreamt of getting away to for the weekend, for a month, or for life.
The uncrowded beaches, mom and pop shops and locally-owned restaurants keep that hometown feeling alive while offering two major grocery chains on the island. All the other modern conveniences you'll need are just minutes over one of the two bridges into Southport. Looking for a night out in the city? No worries. The entertainment and nightlife that Historic Downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach offer are an hour or less away.

Recognized for being one of the best family beaches in the country by National Geographic Traveler, Holden Beach offers loads of fun for the whole family. Beaching, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, or dolphin watching, this small charming island has all you need to soak up the coastal life.

I've sold a couple of houses on Holden Beach, but haven't really experienced all it has to offer outside of real estate. I invite you to come along as I continue my journey of living and loving Holden Beach. Click your favorite social channel and let's go!
Ocean Isle is one of the most luxurious of all the Brunswick Islands in my opinion. I just feel fancy going over the bridge to the island. It's quite beautiful.
Plus the area offers a sense of adventure. Zipline through the canopy at The Swamp Park's Ocean Isle Beach Outpost or take a kayak trip through the marsh. I haven't done either but I hear it's a lot of fun!

One of my favorite things about showing property in the Ocean Isle Beach area is stopping in for a bite of deliciousness at the Causeway Gourmet. YUMMY!

Let's check out Ocean Isle Beach together so I have an excuse to buy you lunch! Schedule your visit today!
Recently included on National Geographic's list of 21 Best Beaches In The World, Sunset Beach will not disappoint. Her long stretch of beach is perfect for biking and collecting shells. She's quaint, charming, and so inviting.

I've been wanting to experience a sunset on the island as well walk to Bird Island to visit the Kindred Spirit Mailbox where visitors are invited to share their thoughts and stories.
Hey! Let's schedule a waterfront showing near dusk and see why this beautiful island is called Sunset Beach.
Join me as I continue to explore Sunset Beach.
